    Terms of Service

    Last Updated: 18 July 2026

    1. These terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Trackr Finance ("Trackr", "we", "us", "our"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Trackr Group, registered at 4th Floor, Silverstream House, Fitzroy Street, London, W1T 6EB, United Kingdom. By creating an account or using Trackr (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

    2. Who can use Trackr

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract in the United Kingdom. Trackr is for your personal, non-commercial use. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

    3. What Trackr is — and is not

Trackr is a personal finance tracking tool. You record and categorise transactions and subscriptions, either by scanning a receipt or by entering them manually. Atlas AI, our observation feature, surfaces patterns in what you have recorded and, on eligible plans, answers your questions.

Trackr does not use Open Banking and does not connect to your bank accounts. You choose what to add.

Trackr is not a bank, not a payment service, and not a regulated financial adviser. We do not hold your money. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

Atlas AI does not provide financial, investment, tax, debt, or legal advice. Nothing in the Service is a personal recommendation. Any figure, category, insight, or answer that Atlas AI or the receipt scanner produces is for information only, and you remain solely responsible for your own financial decisions.

    4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for anything done using your account. Please tell us promptly at support@trackr-finance.com if you think someone else has used it.

    5. Plans, billing and renewals

Trackr offers a Free plan and paid plans (Core and Plus). Current prices and plan features are shown on our pricing page and in the app before you subscribe. Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your account settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We may change prices or plan features and will give you reasonable notice before any change that affects you. Refunds are dealt with in our Refunds Policy.

    6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not attempt to access it unlawfully, interfere with its operation or security, upload unlawful or harmful content, infringe anyone else's rights, or use the Service to break the law.

    7. AI features

Receipt scanning uses AI to suggest the fields for a transaction (such as merchant, amount, date, and category). You must review those fields and confirm them before anything is saved. You are responsible for checking that confirmed data is correct, and Trackr is not liable for inaccuracies in data you have confirmed.

Atlas AI has three modes. Dynamic is the default and routes each message either to Local mode (using your Trackr data, without sending account data to the AI) or to Online mode (using general public knowledge, without sending your account data). You can also choose Local or Online manually.

AI outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate. They are observations only, not advice, and must not be your sole basis for any decision. AI features are subject to fair-use limits. Receipt scanning is limited by your plan's monthly allowance and Atlas chat is capped at 25 messages per user per day. We may adjust these limits to keep the Service reliable for everyone.

    8. Your data and content

You own the financial data and receipts you add to Trackr. You grant us the permissions we need to host, process, and display that content so we can provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload anything you submit.

    9. Our intellectual property

The Service, including the application, Atlas AI, and our branding, is owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Trackr for your personal use under these Terms.

    10. Availability

We aim to keep Trackr available and working well, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We may change, suspend, or withdraw features from time to time.

    11. Liability

What we do not exclude. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and any liability under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other UK consumer protection law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

Our overall cap. Subject to the paragraph above, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with the Service, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) £100.

What we are not liable for. Subject to the first paragraph of this section, we are not liable for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable at the time you agreed to these Terms, for business losses (including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or opportunity), or for any decision you make on the basis of information in the Service, including anything Atlas AI or the receipt scanner produces.

Your statutory rights. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other UK consumer protection law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

    12. Ending these Terms

You can stop using Trackr and close your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, if we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse, or if we stop providing the Service. Where it is reasonably practicable, we will give you notice before doing so. If a suspension turns out to be unjustified, we will restore your access.

    13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "last updated" date, and will let you know about material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

    14. Governing law

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that, if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK in which you live.

    15. Contact

    Contact us at support@trackr-finance.com.

    16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Trackr against reasonable losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) that we suffer as a direct result of (a) your unlawful or fraudulent use of the Service, (b) your breach of section 6 (Acceptable use), or (c) content you upload that infringes a third party's rights. This indemnity does not apply to ordinary consumer use of the Service.

    17. Severability and assignment

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will continue in full force. We may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, to another company within the Trackr Group or to a buyer of our business or its assets, provided your rights under these Terms are not adversely affected. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
