    Refunds Policy

    Last Updated: 14 June 2026

    1. Overview

This policy explains how billing, cancellations and refunds work for Trackr Finance subscriptions. It sits alongside our Terms of Service. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this policy.

    2. Free plan

The Free plan is free of charge, so no payment or refund applies.

    3. Paid subscriptions

Core (£4.99 per month, or £4.45 per month when billed annually) and Plus (£7.99 per month, or £7.15 per month when billed annually) are paid subscriptions billed in advance through Stripe on a monthly or annual cycle. They renew automatically until you cancel.

    4. Your 14-day cancellation right

If you are a consumer, you normally have 14 days to cancel a new subscription under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Because Trackr is a digital service that starts as soon as you subscribe, when you complete checkout you ask us to begin the service immediately and you acknowledge that, once the service has begun, your statutory 14-day cancellation right may no longer apply. Separately from those statutory rules, we offer the goodwill 14-day money-back guarantee described in section 5 below.

    5. Our refund approach

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time paid subscriptions: if you are not happy with Core or Plus, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full. The guarantee applies once per customer and does not cover renewal payments or subsequent upgrades. Outside this guarantee and your statutory rights, refunds are at our discretion.

    6. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time in your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. We do not usually refund the remainder of a period you have already paid for, unless the law requires it.

    7. If something is wrong with the service

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital services must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you may be entitled to a repair, a price reduction or a refund. Please contact us so we can put things right.

    8. Price changes

If we change the price of your plan, we will give you reasonable notice before it applies to your next renewal, so you can decide whether to continue.

    9. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can resolve it, rather than raising a chargeback.
